We send our products usually within 3 working days of placing the order. Products are delivered to the billing or delivery address if specified by the customer. As soon as we hand over the goods to the carrier, we send an information email including the package number.

All orders above £100 enjoy free shipping! Orders bellow have a flat fee of £15.

Upon receiving the goods, we strongly recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and any visible signs of damage. In case of any doubts about the condition of the packaging, we ask that you refuse to accept the delivery.
